We provide 18+ Supported Living and Housing services in a safe, secured, and empowering environment where individuals can develop daily living skills to live independently. Our focus is to ensure that the people we work with are an active part of their communities and contribute to society at large.
We have specialist experience in working with people living with Learning Disabilities, Learning Difficulties, Autistic Spectrum, Physical Disabilities, and Mental Health needs.
We also have vast experience in supporting young people who are transitioning into adulthood. Through our robust understanding and know-how of EHCP, we help them to achieve their educational outcomes and in addition, we promote and support them to acquire voluntary or paid employment, including internships and apprenticeships.
Overall, our aim is to prevent homelessness, social exclusion, prejudices and stigmatisation of the people we support by providing a nurturing environment for them to flourish, through the provision of supportive housing, to increase levels of self-sufficiency.
